I've made this channel to document my progression as an All Mountain/Enduro rider and racer as well as my transition from 9 to 5 wage slave into a bike specific personal trainer and Mtb skills coach. I've started my new journey recently and can't wait to share with you some great programs to keep you strong on the trails and take your rides to the next level Taking the time to explore bike specific training in the gym has changed my life in such a positive way and given me a passion to help others experience the same great feeling of being strong and ready to battle any mountain
